If you have a resident EMERGENCY please call 314-669-4449, if no answer leave your name, address, and nature of the emergency. Lockouts are not considered an emergency, this would require a locksmith or hopefully you can access spare key provided at move in. If your Electric, water, or gas service is not functional please check with the local utilities for outages.

 

Residents with regular maintenance request- for quickest response please make an online request through the resident portal. If you need access or otherwise would like to report the maintenance directly to management please email bkinney@liveinthegrove.com or text/call (314)FOR-RENT.

 

Rent payments are also made through the resident portal, please contact management at bkinney@liveinthegrove.com or text/call (314)FOR-RENT if you need help accessing the portal. Payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 6th of each month.
